Base44 provides essential infrastructure services including database hosting, file storage, authentication, and backend functionality. Your data, including personal information, is stored on Base44’s secure servers. Base44 acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually required to protect your data. AI/LLM Services: Certain features, such as “Personalized Insights,” use artificial intelligence to generate customized content and recommendations. When you use these features, relevant data from your profile and writing activity may be securely transmitted to AI service providers (such as OpenAI) via Base44’s integration layer. This data is used solely to generate insights for you and is not used to train AI models or shared with other users. The AI providers we use are subject to strict data processing agreements.
Email Service Providers: We use email service providers (such as Resend) to send you transactional emails, notifications, and communications based on your preferences. These providers have access to your email address and name solely for the purpose of delivering emails on our behalf.
